RETURN & REFUND POLICY

It is our goal to assist busy, hard-working people trying to make more time for their families. We appreciate and value your business, however, due to the nature of our products being either digital downloads or highly customized, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Please be sure to read all of our product descriptions, view product pictures, and reach out to us if you have questions, before purchasing anything from our site.


If you purchase a customized physical product, you may receive a form to provide us with more information about your order. We cannot begin processing any customized orders until this is completed which may delay the expected shipping dates. Please be sure to check spam filters and whitelist our email to ensure proper delivery of said survey.


If you find an item is damaged upon receipt, or you have trouble with a download, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If an item needs to be returned to us for any reason, we will provide free shipping of the new or revised product after it is returned to our shop. If we cannot rectify the situation to your satisfaction, a store credit will be issued in the amount the item was purchased for minus a 20% processing fee.
